Privacy notice
Heritage Inc. processes information needed to answer inquiries, verify PayPal payments, issue receipts and manage device approval. PayPal checkout is currently in sandbox mode; production checkout is not open.
Information we use
Contact forms collect your name, email, inquiry type, message and consent. Problem reports also include the app version, operating system, steps and expected result. Company is optional. These records are kept for three years after the inquiry closes, or until a related dispute is resolved.
Payment records include order and transaction IDs, amount, currency, VAT, status, payment time, receipt and the email confirmed by PayPal. Contract and payment records are kept for five years where required by applicable law, and longer if another legal obligation applies.
Registered device identifiers, public registration information and approval records are used to connect a payment to the enrolled device. Device information is encrypted using a TPM-protected storage key. Drawings, filenames and device private keys are not uploaded.
Payment processing
PayPal handles checkout information on its payment page. Our server does not receive your card number or PayPal password. Production receipts are sent using our mail service to the email confirmed by PayPal. Sandbox receipts are for testing and are not automatically emailed. Preferences and necessary storage
The selected theme is saved in your browser. We use the country code provided by Cloudflare to select a default language; we do not request browser GPS permission. If no country code is available, we use browser language preferences. A language cookie remembers your manual choice for up to one year.
A secure, HttpOnly checkout cookie lasts up to 24 hours. A request ID in tab storage prevents duplicate checkout requests. Order-linked records follow the payment-record retention period. IP addresses and request counts limit excessive requests: inquiry limits last ten minutes and payment limits one minute; expired entries are removed within the following minute.
Drawings and files
Visiting the site does not upload drawings or diagnostic files. Forms have no automatic attachment feature. If a file is needed, we explain the scope and submission method separately.
Your rights and deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, restrictions on processing or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity. A legal retention obligation can limit deletion. Information is deleted when its purpose and applicable retention period end. Backups follow their retention schedule.

Changes
We update this notice when the information, purposes, retention or operation changes. Important changes are announced before they take effect.
Student licensing and domestic payments
Student licensing stores your school email, school domain, email verification time, payment connection, validity and renewal records in the same protected license database as standard licenses, including its encrypted backups. We send verification emails and confirm mailbox access; this does not directly query school enrollment records. Domestic checkout uses Toss Payments to connect Naver Pay, Kakao Pay and Toss Pay. The server stores order identifiers, amounts, status and the receipt email; it does not collect payment passwords or card numbers.
Refund requests
We collect your purchase email, payment reference, device binding and request details to handle refunds. Records are stored in the protected license database and included in its backups. Complaint and dispute records are retained for three years after resolution. Legally required contract and payment records follow their applicable retention periods. Declining consent prevents form submission.
B2B quote consultation
We collect company name, contact name, email, number of PCs, request type, planned timing, selected features and request details for rollout consultation. Phone, industry and current CAD information are optional. Records follow the inquiry retention policy: three years after consultation ends. Consent is required to submit the form. Request previews, TXT downloads and printing take place locally in your browser; the site receives the details only when you submit.
