Refund policy
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within seven days of receiving the written contract information, or of supply commencing if later. Statutory rules govern missing contract information and obstruction of withdrawal.
Digital content
Change-of-mind withdrawal may be restricted after paid digital content supply begins, only where legal requirements are satisfied, including clear advance disclosure and trial access or other required measures. Separable portions not yet supplied are assessed separately. Downloading an installer or using a free trial does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Device activation alone is not a blanket reason to refuse a refund.
Use the seven-day trial before purchasing.
Nonconforming supply
Where supply differs from advertising or the contract, withdrawal is available within three months of supply and within 30 days of discovering, or being able to discover, the discrepancy. Duplicate charges and failure to supply are reviewed for cancellation or reimbursement.
Request
Email [email protected] with the purchase email, receipt or transaction reference, payment date and request details. If no receipt is available, provide other payment information we can verify. Do not send passwords, keys, full card numbers or original drawings. Written withdrawal takes effect when sent.
Reimbursement and license withdrawal
For statutory withdrawal of digital content, reimbursement is made within three business days of withdrawal. We promptly request cancellation from the payment provider where applicable. Posting to your account may follow the provider’s processing schedule. Statutory compensation applies to delayed reimbursement.
PayPal refunds use the original transaction currency and payment method. The refunded license is withdrawn; stop using it. TPM re-enrollment or expiry of an offline grant will not delay reimbursement. Student renewal purchases follow this policy; renewal is not automatically charged.
Scope
This policy describes consumer purchases under Korean law. Business purchases follow their contract and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights prevail over this policy and payment-provider procedures.
